A man accused of exposing himself and threatening others in a Reseda neighborhood has been arrested for criminal threats. The suspect lives in the 7700 block of Garden Grove Avenue and has been living in fear since he moved in years ago. Neighbors say he often exposes his naked body from a bedroom window, which can be seen by all, including children. The man has no electricity at his home and reportedly sets fires inside the house for warmth and light. As he was led to a patrol car, he wailed and yelled at a group of neighbors watching the arrest.
