Russian air attacks on northeast Ukraine have killed at least four people and injured 11 others, according to regional governor Oleh Syniehubov. The attacks targeted the city of Kharkiv and 11 other towns and villages. In northeastern Ukraine, a Russian drone struck a building and a residential area in Sumy, causing a fire. The Ukrainian Air Force has reportedly shot down or neutralised 260 of 286 Russian drones in these overnight attacks. Meanwhile, in Russia, at least one person was killed and four others injured in drone and missile attacks in its southern Rostov region. The incidents also occurred in the port city of Taganrog and the Sea of Azov, where falling drone debris hit a foreign-flagged cargo vessel. Negotiations to end Russia's full-scale war on Ukraine have stalled, with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rejecting an Easter truce.
