A collection of three parcels near the site of Burning Man in Gerlach, Nevada, are set to go on the auction block in April via online marketplace Concierge Auctions. The properties, described as one of the last privately owned parcels near Burning Man, are described as having potential for geothermal development and significant water rights. The parcels include Camp David, Sandy J, and Fred's Field, which holds over 400 acres and is listed for $20 million. The auction will begin at 6:30 p.m. April 1 and close at 4 p.am.
