Jan. 6er Says He’s Resigned From DOJ Advisory Job After Failing To Expose Abuses

Former FBI agent, Jared Lane Wise, has resigned from an advisory role at the Department of Justice due to his inability to fully expose government abuses from the inside. Wise was hired after participating in the 2021 insurrection and was charged with breaching the Capitol during the violence. He was one of nearly 1,600 participants who were ultimately pardoned by President Donald Trump. The "weaponization working group" was created by Pam Bondi last year to identify instances where a federal department or agency attempted to achieve political objectives over the past four years rather than pursuing justice or legitimate governmental objectives.
