Death toll rises to six in flooding in Russia's Dagestan

Six people have died and 6,000 people have been evacuated due to flooding in Russia's Dagestan republic. Civil Protection Minister Aleksandr Kurenkov announced that a national emergency could be declared in response to predictions of further flooding. Over 2,000 homes and properties are now flooded in 10 municipalities. The North Caucasus has been hit by heavy rains since March.
