Former reality star turned convicted sex offender, Josh Duggar, has publicly defended his brother, Joseph, against "false accusations" regarding child molestation. Speaking through his lawyer from prison, Josh claimed to share the same "stigma" his brother faced after his arrest in Florida. Joseph has been charged with Lewd and Lascivious Behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The girl, now 14, alleges that Duggar had repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap and manipulate her underwear and genitals during a family vacation in 2020. Josh is currently serving a 12-year prison sentence for child sexual abuse.
