An hourslong SWAT standoff ended after a suspect surrendered following a traffic violation incident outside a home in west Harris County, Texas. The suspect, described as a 30-year-old Black man, was taken into custody and faces a felony evading charge. The sheriff's office deployed its SWAT team, K-9 team, and drone units to the scene after several hours of negotiations.
