State Rep. Julie A. Casimiro has introduced a bill in which the Super Speeder Accountability Act would be used as a sentencing option or enhancement for drivers charged with certain driving violations such as reckless driving and multiple moving offenses. The bill also includes mandatory use of intelligent speed assistance devices for eligible offenders.
