Francis Ngannou to fight on Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano card against ex-UFC competitor

Francis Ngannou, former UFC heavyweight champion, is set to compete against Philipe Lins on the Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano card on May 16. This will be the first time Nganan has competed in a mixed martial arts match since he beat Renan Ferreira in October 2024 in the Professional Fights League. The announcement was made by Netflix and Most Valuable Promotions. Nganenou, known as "The Predator," has not fought since his retirement from the UFC. Lins, who has four UFC wins and an 18-5 overall professional MMA record, last fought at UFC 299 in March 2024 against Ion Cutelaba.
