Lathrup Village man faces stolen vehicle, license plate forgery charges

A man, Mark Orlando Watts, has been charged with possessing vehicles with fake registrations and concealing them. He is accused of three counts of receiving and hiding a stolen motor vehicle and forgery. The charges were brought before the court in Southfield, Michigan.
