San Francisco's Transamerica Pyramid sells for $691M

The Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco has been sold to Cyprus-based investment firm Yoda Plc for $691.6 million. This is the second time the building has been purchased in its 54-year history. The acquisition follows a $250 million makeover by developer Michael Shvo, which included an expanded redwood park, revamped grand lobby, top-floor bar, and more. The transaction was finalized with a "final settlement" with Shvo and his affiliated companies and a commission for brokering the sale.
