'Learned my lesson': Wake school board chairman addresses speeding ticket in school zone

Wake County Board of Education Chairman, Tyler Swanson, has addressed a speeding ticket he received in January. The citation stated that he was driving 47 miles per hour in a school zone, just 27 minutes after the school's dismissal. Despite the public outcry, Swanson has vowed to reduce this speed and maintain the speed limit in school zones. He is also working with local officials to improve school zone safety.
