Suspect killed in officer-involved shooting identified as Sandy man charged with terrorism

The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Syed Mousavi, was shot and killed by a Utah Highway Patrol trooper after he allegedly threatened to kill Americans and the United States. The trooper also fired his weapon at Mousavi during the incident.
