Ohio State University has settled with 13 more sexual abuse survivors, bringing the total number of settled cases to more than half of all plaintiffs. The latest agreement covers 13 survivors for a total of $1.8 million, an average of over $138,000 per survivor. The university has now reached settlement agreements with 317 survivors for over $61 million. No taxpayer, tuition or restricted donor funds are being used for the settlements. The 13 former students have agreed to dismiss their claims against the university.
