Obstetrician/gynecologist Dr. Susan Murrey is now part of the Franciscan Physician Network and accepting new patients in Michigan City. The Gary Community School Corp. has launched its School & Community Gardens Initiative, which aims to provide hands-on learning spaces for students, families, and community members. The first three recipients of the 2026 R.I.K.I Spotlight Award have been announced by CLH, CPAs & Consultants. Applications are now being accepted for charitable donations raised from the 2022 Hard Hat Golf Outing hosted by the Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable, Northwest Indiana Building & Construction Trades Council, and Construction Advancement Foundation.
