‘Amplify’ singing contest will still honor Motown — but with a twist

The latest edition of the Motown Museum's annual singing competition, "Amplied," will feature songs from across the spectrum from various genres of music. The competition will also feature a new twist on the theme, with contestants performing from around the world. The event will be held at the Sound Board theater inside MotorCity Casino on May 3.
