Sales of new electric vehicles (EVs) decreased sharply in February, largely due to high gas prices, according to a report by Cox Automotive. The report also noted that there were just under 69,000 new EVs sold in February. However, this could increase demand for other types of vehicles due to new launches scheduled for 2026.
