Boy George, former Culture Club singer, has advised Chappell Roan to "own your fame" and "stop kicking it" after a recent viral video of Roan confronting paparazzi. This comes after many praised Roan for standing up against paparazi harassment. George, who has previously been convicted for false imprisonment, suggested that celebrities "don't get a free pass" once they become famous. Other stars, including folk-rock singer/songwriter Noah Kahan, also defended Roan against the behavior of paparachi.
