A woman was seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident on Colorado Springs' southeast side. The incident occurred at the intersection of South Academy Boulevard and Pace Drive. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Yamiel Navarrete-Garcia, fled the scene and was later located at a nearby apartment complex. The Major Crash Team is currently investigating the incident.
