Parsons alleges that the school nurse treated her son for asthma but ignored the seizure plan. The plan, which has been in place for three years, involves calling 911 if Lomorion is showing signs of seizure. The child was rushed to the hospital with a seizure and a broken kneecap, which doctors believe could have been caused by the seizure.
