Federal judge tosses subpoenas against Fed chair Jerome Powell

A federal judge has dismissed Department of Justice subpoenas against Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell. The judge accused the Trump administration of using the subpoenas to pressure him to lower interest rates. The court also stated that there is no evidence that Powell has committed any wrongdoing.
