The ABC duo 9-1-1 and 9-One-1: Nashville, both shows, scored season highs in Live+Same Day viewership with their most recent episodes on March 26. The most recent episode, which featured 4.8 million total viewers, was against CBS and NBC's March Madness and saw a surge in total viewers. The shows hit L+SD highs a few weeks after the start of daylight savings time, which traditionally restricts live viewing at 8 PM. Despite this, live viewing remains crucial for broadcast networks' ad revenue. Both shows have been renewed for next season.
