Teen suspect in Northern Kentucky shooting turns self into police

The 18-year-old suspect, identified as a person of interest in a shooting incident in Northern Kentucky, has turned himself into police and is being held at the Kenton County Detention Center. The shooting occurred at an apartment complex where the victim is still in critical condition. The public had been asked for help in finding the suspect.
