Norway adds $12 billion to its long-term defence plan

The Norwegian government has added $12 billion to its long-term defence plan to its coffers. The increase is expected to be made up from 115 billion Norwegian ceses ($11.87 billion) until 2036. The move comes as part of a wider effort to combat terrorism.
