A significant stretch of weather is impacting Central Florida, with heavy rain and strong winds expected to continue throughout the week. High levels of tropical moisture are expected to fuel rounds of heavy rain, gusty winds, and rough beach conditions. The biggest threat for flooding remains along the coast, with some locations receiving over 3 inches of rain. A Flood Watch remains in effect for coastal counties and additional rainfall could lead to localized flooding. A Wind Advisory is in place and may expand further south.
