Brandon Keiser, 35, was fatally shot on March 22, 2016, in the 400 block of South Freeman Street in Oceanside. Police are asking for witnesses who witnessed the shooting or witnessed suspicious activity. The $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible has been raised from $11,000 to $19,000.
