Chicago moms dance for mental health

The traveling mental health dance party, Moms Feelin' Themselves, started in Denver in 2023 and has become a nationwide movement for moms to reconnect with themselves and each other. The event is open to all, with no dress code being enforced. The dance party will be hosted by Darlene Jackson, a Chicago DJ, mother and advocate for women's wellness.
