1 seriously hurt in crash along I-10 at Downtown; 3rd pedestrian crash of day

A pedestrian-related crash occurred at 8 p.m. Sunday at I-10 East at Downtown, causing one person to be seriously injured. This is the third pedestrian-vehicle crash in El Paso this year. The Texas Department of Transportation has closed the road at the scene. The Special Traffic Investigations unit is investigating the incident.
