Isiah Hayes, a 27-year-old man accused of raping a 9-month-old child, has been arrested in Jackson, Tennessee. He is charged with aggravated child rape, conspiracy to commit child rape and especially aggravated solicitation of a minor. The victim was only 9 months old at the time of the alleged crime. The arrest was made after an alert from the Memphis Police Department.
