San Francisco-based startup Loop has raised $95 million in a Series C funding round to develop supply chain AI that predicts disruptions. The funding was led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund, and includes investments from 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, and J.P. Morgan's late-stage fund, Growth Equity Partners. The company's goal is to offer companies more predictive and prescriptive solutions to their supply chains, similar to a healthcare provider. This funding comes at a time when engineering talent is a hot commodity in tech. However, this is also a volatile period for companies with a global supply chain.
