Carter Theos, a seventh-grader from Norton Middle School in Norton, Massachusetts, achieved a hole-in-one on his first-ever round of golf. Theos was playing with his friends at The Links at Mass Golf when he hit a hole in one on the third hole, using a driver against his friend's advice. The shot was described as "wickedly impressive" by the PGA professional Drew Chapman, who said it will "hook" on golf "for the rest of his life." Theos will have his name etched in the "Hole in One Club" plaque at the clubhouse.
