Christopher Preciado's capital murder trial is set to resume on Monday morning after a witness provided new details about the case. The witness shared the whereabouts of a truck belonging to Preciados' father, Ramon Preciad, which was used to transport Matthew Guerra, Savanah Soto and their unborn child. If found guilty, Christopher Preciada could face up to life in prison without parole. During the lunch break, the court learned that Ramon was served a lawsuit from Guerra's family against his father's business. The trial is expected to last more than a week and includes witnesses from multiple agencies.
