Detroit man, Ronnell Agee, has been charged with kidnapping and sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. Agee is accused of assaulting the teenager where he lived on Lindsay Street between March 3 and March 10. The girl had been reported missing earlier in the month. Neighbors say Agee lived in a partially boarded-up home with trash and debris scattered across the yard. One neighbor, who lives on the same street, expressed disgust over the allegations and said he had been lending Agee lawn equipment and helping him out for over a year.
