Two Florida teenagers, 14-year-old Lois Lippert and 15 year-old Isabelle Valdez, are facing charges as adults for attempted premeditated murder for allegedly plotting to murder a fellow student at Lake Brantley High School. The alleged plot involved a male student, whom they believed resembled the gunman responsible for the Sandy Hook massacre. The suspects allegedly planned to use a knife, flowers, candy, and cigarettes in a ritual tied to the planned killing. Both teens are being held without bond as the case proceeds. The plot was discovered when another student alerted authorities about the planned murder. The teens have pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and the investigation continues.
