From Bosque to NASA: Belen grad powers Artemis II

Danette Farnsworth, a former Belen High School graduate, has been a senior system engineer with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for the Artemis I, II and III. She is the lead engineer for the main navigation flight control and propulsion systems for Artemis II, a project she has worked on since its first iteration and will continue through its third phase. Farnsworth was diagnosed with dyslexia after struggling with reading and writing and was recommended to drop her class and receive a formal diagnosis. She has been married to Grant Farnsworth.
