A winter weather advisory has been issued for several counties in Northeast Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Ashtabula and Trumbull. The National Weather Service expects a significant burst of late-season snow and strong winds to sweep across the region. Snowfall totals of 2 to 5 inches are expected, with higher amounts possible in higher elevations of Geauga County. Forecasters also predict that areas east of Interstate 77 could see 1 to 3 inches of snow before the system moves out late Monday night. A wind advisory remains in effect until 8 p.m. Monday across much of Northeast Ohio.
