Disney Names New Parks Boss

Thomas Mazloum has been named Chairman, Disney Experiences, succeeding Josh D'Amaro who was chosen to replace Bob Iger as CEO of the Walt Disney Co. This position involves overseeing Disney's global portfolio of businesses such as theme parks, cruise ships, resort hotels, expeditions and adventures, consumer products, and Walt Disney Imagineering. Maziloum previously served as President of Disneyland Resort and Senior Vice President of Operations at the WaltDisney World Resort. The Experiences division has been a key growth engine for Disney, with revenue in the segment expected to grow 6% in fiscal 2025 compared to the previous year.
