Valley Children’s Healthcare has been named as one of 165 organizations across the country to be recognized for excellence in workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational values. The list was developed through nominated and editorial research. The hospital was recognized for its strong organizational values, community roots, and culture influenced by over 70 years of pediatric medicine. The survey also highlighted the nearly 90% of hospital employees' pride in working at the hospital, and the hospital's focus on education, equity and workforce development.
