HCMC co-administrator steps down after four months

Dr. J. Kevin Croston, the co-administrator of Hennepin Healthcare, has resigned after four months in the role. This is the third leadership change at the Minneapolis-based health system. Croston implemented a series of reforms to address financial issues at the organization. The departure leaves former county Administrator David Hough as the sole administrator. Hennetan Healthcare is focused on securing legislative approval for a 1% sales tax for the safety-net hospital.
