Arizona bill could restrict abortion rights groups on college campuses

A bill that would restrict public universities and colleges from encouraging abortions has passed the House of Representatives, allowing them to withhold state funding from any institution found to facilitate or assist in the process. The bill also prohibits public employees from encouraging an abortion in their official capacity. It is already illegal to perform such an act at these institutions.
