Job satisfaction falls to new low, New York Fed survey finds

A survey by the New York Federal Credit Union has found that job satisfaction among workers has reached a new low, with the likelihood of moving to a new employer at multi-decades low. The share of workers' satisfaction with wage compensation fell 3.3 percentage points to 52.3% in March, the lowest share in the survey's 12-year history. The only satisfaction gauge above record lows is non-wage benefits. Despite this, workers are still bidding up pay expectations.
