S&P 500, Nasdaq hit lowest levels in over 6 months

The U.S. stock market has hit its lowest levels in over six months, with the S&P 500 falling to 6,384.51 points on March 27. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) fell to 45,208 points today, its lowest level since Sep. 5 last year. The Nasdaq Composite fell to 20,957.42 points, its lower level since Aug. 20 last year, and the market didn't calm down after President Donald Trump gave a 10-day deadline to reopen the Strait of Hormuz or face destruction of its energy plants. As part of the broader U.N. market sell-off, several crypto stocks also fell.
