Man accused of deadly Lenexa stabbing gets sentencing more than 2 decades later

Angel Maria Herrera has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for premeditated murder and 34 months for aggravated burglary. She was found guilty in 2005 and was arrested in 2023. The sentences are set to run consecutively. The woman's identity was revealed at the time of her death.
