Ragdoll Cat and German Shepherd Get Into Epic Standoff at Outdoor Restaurant

A video from @claireknowshouses on TikTok shows a confrontation between a German Shepherd and Ragdoll cat at an outdoor restaurant. The incident occurred when Claire and her dog, Birdie, were dining outdoors and spotted a cat wearing a harness at the next table, which resulted in a serious staring contest. The two dogs seemed confused about each other's appearance and seemed to be on the defense. However, it appears that these two dogs ended up loving each other.
