The company specializes in uniquely flavored nut butters, making small batches and using certified fair trade and certified organic ingredients. The product, originally introduced as a limited release under the name “Lemon Coconut” and later became a permanent feature in Big Spoon’s lineup. The Lemon Cookie Butter is now available year-round in select grocery stores. It comes in two sizes: a large 13-ounce jar ($15.99) and mini 3-ounce jars ($7.75).
