California State Bar seizes illegal law office in Livermore

The State Bar of California has seized the illegal Del Valle Professional Services office in Livermore, California, following a complaint filed by a family alleging that its owner, Irene Carlota Raygoza, mishandled their immigration case. The complaint alleges that Raygoaza failed to include the required biometrics fee for the eldest son's application and left him at risk of having to leave the United States for up to 22 years. The State Bar's Office of Chief Trial Counsel has seized four boxes with 97 files and downloaded numerous clients' immigration documents from a pair of computers.
