Artemis II crew faces Microsoft Outlook hitch hours after takeoff

The Artemis II crew experienced an issue with the shuttle's Microsoft Outlook email app less than a day after the launch. The mission's commander, Reid Wiseman, reported the issue to Houston-based mission control and they were informed that the PCD, or personal computing devices, would be used to patch the problem. This comes after another incident involving a malfunctioning toilet fan, which NASA officials confirmed is still operational.
