The Cleveland Cavaliers narrowly avoided a late rally from the Chicago Bulls, winning 115-110. The victory came despite Donovan Mitchell being listed on the injury report with a left eye contusion following a collision with Evan Mobley. The Cavs had been trailing 11-2 over the first three-plus minutes, but quickly rebounded with a 12-0 run that led them to a lead. James Harden led the scoring with 36 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. The Bulls had six players in double figures, including Tre Jones and Josh Giddey. Cleveland's next game will be against the New Orleans Pelicans.
