The following incidents include a DUI crash, hit and run, illegally transporting alcohol, and illegal possession of another's credit/debit cards, and aggravated assault. Jose Munoz, 54, from Burbank, California, was arrested on March 7 and charged with drunken driving, hit, run, and failing to provide proof of insurance after colliding with a stop sign. Freddy D. Cardona, 39, was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct after assuming a fighting stance and raising his fists to an officer investigating a disturbance at a bar. Kevin J. Vann, 65, from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, was found guilty of illegally possessing another person’s credit/Debit cards after an officer recovered a wallet containing a Wauwatosa, Wisconsin man's driver's license, credit, debit cards, insurance information and personal photos. Thaddeus Jimenez, 47, Park Ridge, was accused of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and resisting arrest after officers recovered a gun near a door he accessed while investigating a suspicious person complaint. Two students from Evergreen Park High School were accused of aggravated assault after raising hands and acting in response to school resource officers' questions about vaping in the school about the issue. The arrests stemmed from a complaint by a man who said he fled a motor inn where he met on a dating app after a man with a gun with a loaded magazine and $373 cash from Freitez Briceno.
