Celine Dion is set to make a major concert comeback in Paris, with a series of concerts set to begin this fall at the Paris La Défense Arena, which was recently acquired by Live Nation. The news was confirmed in the French-Canadian newspaper La Presse and was teased with a campaign of posters with titles of Dion's iconic songs. The concerts were originally scheduled for 2020 at the venue as part of her Courage World Tour, but were postponed due to the pandemic and later postponed again due to Dion's health issues. In 2002, Dion was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), a rare neurological and autoimmune disorder that causes muscular stiffness and restricts the ability to walk and sing.
